Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a part-time hourly role. Answer incoming calls, provide information, and sell movie tickets via the Titan system.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* High school degree or equivalent
* Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment
* Demonstrated strong Guest Service skills
* Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, as well as telephone etiquette skills
* Ability to handle calls in accordance with established call handling guidelines
* Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays
* Must apply online via Cast Portal/The HUB
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Proven previous Call center experience
* Ability to type 35 WPM
