Description
Position Summary:
The Coordinator is accountable for the proper fitting and order placement of the uniform items for Crewmembers. The Coordinator supports specific work areas within the cities they hold responsibility for and the position works closely with other Uniform and Appearance Coordinators to ensure consistency across the system. In addition, the Coordinator attends meetings and pocket sessions and conducts presentations for their specific work groups.
Essential Functions:
-Attends and conducts fitting for new hire class
-Monitors and alerts Crewmembers for anniversary uniform allowance shopping
-Works closely with Finance and the Crewmembers when there is a discrepancy in the uniform allowance and deductions
-Assesses departments budget for quarterly uniform spend
-Works closely with our business partners regarding deliveries, backorders, shipping and other maintenance of the process
-Monitors the front line Crewmembers in relations to our appearance standards and Company mandates
-Assists Crewmembers in relation to self-esteem support, providing tools by facilitating Health, Fitness and Beauty events
-Performs BlueCity monthly visits to provide hands on assistance with online ordering and works with Crewmembers on any uniform issues or appearance questions
-Meets regularly with the department heads and their leadership to gather information and conduct presentations on the uniform and appear standards; supports leadership by providing knowledge and education to ensure compliance within their teams
-Receives general instructions on what is to be done, limitations, quality and quantity expected, deadlines, and priority of assignments from Crewleader. Uses initiative in carrying out recurring assignments independently without specific instruction but receives additional specific instructions from Crewleader for new, difficult, or special projects/assignments

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
-Able to read, write and speak English
-Excellent verbal (telephone) communications skills
-Strong organizational, analytical, planning and customer service skills
-Ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision
-Adaptable to change
-Strong typing skills

-Depending upon location, there may be a variance in noise levels which can elevate at times to high
-Present for core business hours but hours may fluctuate based on workload
-Able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
-Travel to other cities
Physical Effort:
-Light physical effort required by handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently. (Light)
