We are currently seeking skilled line cooks that can work in a variety of the Walt Disney World® Resort restaurants.Our vast venues offer the opportunity to experience a world of culinary options.Culinary Cast Members deliver first-rate dining experiences while working for one of the world’s leading entertainment and hospitality companies.

The responsibilities of the position are to perform consistent production and presentation of well-prepared, flavorful food with the highest sanitation standards to ensure exceptional Guest Service.

Basic kitchen production, preparing standard recipes and working stations on a line are essential functions.The basics of cookery to include, but not limited to: sautéing, broiling, grilling, proper use of ovens, pan frying, deep frying, boiling, blanching, steaming, poaching, stewing, braising, baking, roasting, preparations of bulk recipes, saucier, and basic meat/fish/poultry fabrication.Demonstrate the ability to create both classical and cutting edge food presentations in a timely and safe manner.

New, full-time Culinary Cast Members will be provided with many opportunities that inspire growth and compensated based on experience and skill – earning more for knowing more.

Cooks to Chef Assistants now receive a starting rate of $8.50 to $12.95 an hour based on experience and skill.

Culinary Cast Members receive laundered Chef whites and a meal ticket when they work.
