Engineering Services Manager 141932 – Orlando

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Magic Kingdom Engineering Facilities Cast Members and BVCC craft workers in routine maintenance and project work in preserving the Park's facility assets. Serve multiple clients including Operations, Entertainment, Merchandise, Food And Beverage, Third Party Participants, etc for Building and Facilities Management. Work closely with FAM partners to provide support for all clients in Magic Kingdom. Manage the Planned work program and champion new technology/processes introduced to the organization. Provide leadership to approximately 10-15 Craftworkers per shift and develop a high level of teamwork and cooperation. Work environment is dynamic, with significant responsibility for producing tangible results.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* High school degree or equivalent
* Proven experience including estimating and scheduling
* Proven experience in project process, development, and implementation
* Proven facility related maintenance experience
* Proven working knowledge of facilities infrastructure and common maintenance requirements
* Demonstrated strong customer satisfaction focus/perspective skills
* Proven decision-maker with the ability to handle multiple tasks while under time constraints
* Ability to be organized and have systematic approach to problem solving
* Ability to communicate with all levels of management both verbally and in writing

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Proven prior work towards pursuit of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction or equivalent
* Valid Contractor's License
* Proven knowledge of WDW systems- SAP, Maximo, Workbrain, etc
* Proven familiarity with other Disney groups including WDI, Ride & Show Engineering, Central Shops, Buena Vista Construction Company, FAM, A&FE and other Engineering Service organizations
