Fine Dining Restaurant Manager 150871 – Orlando

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Run the day-to-day operation of a fine dining restaurant and ensure Employee and Guest satisfaction and financial targets are exceeded. Provide direction, coach, develop and lead Employees to provide exceptional Guest service. Develop and nurture partnerships with other Lines of Business to provide a seamless Guest Experience. Monitor and ensure exceptional food quality and presentation. Ensure that all safety and sanitation levels are upheld in accordance with all State of Florida and Walt Disney World regulations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* High school degree or equivalent
* Proven 2 years of leadership in a fine dining restaurant
* Demonstrated extensive wine knowledge
* Demonstrated strong Leadership skills
* Knowledge of financial aspects of an operation
* Demonstrated passion for Guest service and Employee development
* Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated strong organizational skills
* Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends, variable shifts, and holidays
* Demonstrated knowledge of AAA four and five diamond standards
* Demonstrated strong networking skills
* Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
* Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement
* Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with conflict
* Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
* Demonstrated commitment to Employees
* Demonstrated ability to manage the operation and teach it to Employees
* Demonstrated ability to lead and monitor Employee performance and operational improvements

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent
* Demonstrated knowledge of wine and spirits
* Proven ability to work in a unionized environment
* Demonstrated bilingual skills
* Proven 2 years of leadership in a AAA four or five diamond rated restaurant
* Sommelier certified
