High Voltage Power Distribution Supervisor 137415 – Orlando

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise a team of high voltage power distribution and power system electricians responsible for the operation and maintenance of the RCES Electric Utility System. Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs and provide electrical support for RCES energy plants and other utilities. Direct electric utility system restoration and repair during emergency outages.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* High school degree or equivalent
* Minimum 7 years experience in electric utility high voltage operations
* Proven in depth knowledge of high voltage safety practices including switching and tagging and grounding
* Proven basic knowledge of high voltage equipment including breakers, transformers and switches

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Proven previous experience as supervisor of craft workers
* Proven previous experience as supervisor of electric utility operations organization
