Manager, IFP Planning 105566 – Orlando

Lead the Walt Disney World Integrated Facility Planning (IFP) Team in developing, maintaining and improving the integrated multi-year plan for Walt Disney World. Develop realistic, consistent and accurate information in the plan and participate in the development of realistic asset strategies for cyclical needs. Help the clients and partners to think strategically and assist them in making informed business decisions. Develop and drive a consistent, accurate and realistic long-term master plan schedule. Influence clients and partners with regards to planning objectives and work to achieve accuracy, consistency and fairness in applying category/priority criteria.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)

• Four year degree in related technical field or equivalent work experience
  
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, construction, or related experience
  
• Proven long range and master planning experience
  
• Proven understanding of the technical aspects of construction and maintenance work and methods, including construction activity sequencing, logic and project planning
  
• Demonstrated scope development and technical writing skills to include quantifying and costing processes
  
• Demonstrated strong relationship and communications skills with direct reports and all levels of leadership, including executives
  
• Demonstrated computer skills and database management
  
• Demonstrated effective business and leadership practices, including partnering, coaching and mentoring
  
• Ability to perform asset needs analysis and asset investment strategy development
  
• Ability to develop strategies and providing strategic recommendations or advice
  
• Ability to quickly identify business and process improvements, determining alternatives and setting objectives
  
  DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  
• MBA or Master's degree in related field or equivalent
