Manager of Revenue Management, BI&I 140715 – Orlando

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The key responsibilities include: lead a team of Revenue Management Analysts in forecasting and optimizing Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Hong Kong Disneyland demand. Understanding of Revenue Management within the associated lines of business and be able to effectively communicate system and business issues. Develop and support reporting/analysis models for the Revenue Management System. Analyze revenue management related issues using various mathematical and statistical techniques. Partner with the leaders of our various booking channels to ensure the business rules and booking guidelines are followed to maximize Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Hong Kong Disneyland revenues.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* Bachelor’s degree in Business or related or equivalent
* Minimum 4 years revenue management experience in constrained inventory industry such as, Hotel, Airline, or Car Rental
* Demonstrated strong business planning skills
* Demonstrated coaching and leadership skills
* Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills
* Demonstrated strong analytical skills
* Demonstrated strong partnering skills
* Demonstrated strong facilitation and presentation skills

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* MBA or equivalent
