RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruit, source, interview and select quality right fit professional individuals for salaried technical positions, including but not limited to the information technology client group, within the Walt Disney World Resort. Establish and maintain close working relationships with specific departments, leaders, and executives. Develop a knowledge base of their needs to effectively and proactively fill their staffing requirements. Oversee the entire recruitment process, from developing a staffing plan to making the actual hire. Establish working relationships both internally and externally with organizations and individuals who are sources for talented future Cast Members. Accountable for the quality of client relationships and the ability to exceed our client's expectations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years Recruiting and Interviewing experience
* Demonstrated strong computer proficiency in leveraging computer technology to source talent
* Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a pipeline of qualified talent from various sources in addition to job postings
* Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills
* Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to work in multiple team environment
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize objectives

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Demonstrated computer proficiency with SAP, VURV, Internet and Windows software packages
* Previous experience recruiting for technical positions including information technology or engineering
* Demonstrated experience sourcing qualified talent and or applicants via the internet
