Project Manager Associate 103464 – Orlando

Working with a project team, plan, coordinate and execute complex projects up to $1M with minimal supervision, prepare project plans, budgets and schedules ensuring job cost reports and forecasts for all assigned projects are accurate. Manage project and contract changes and associated negotiations. Lead a small project team whose assigned projects are up to $3M combined.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience or equivalent
  
• Minimum 8 years of applicable experience
  
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management process
  
• Demonstrated knowledge of project accounting, estimating and scheduling processes
  
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction contracting process and documents
  
• Proven computer proficiency within a Windows environment
  
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
  
  DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  
• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering or Finance
  
• Proven SAP Experience
