RESPONSIBILITIES:
Member of a team focused on the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of D3, the Walt Disney Parks & Resorts strategic Teradata data warehouse. Define requirements, perform system analysis, and produce mapping documents to provide data to the Labor line of business from the data warehouse. Act as a liaison between the source system resources, client, and development team to research data issues, define business rules, and organize testing cycles. Work independently within a team, receiving general direction with occasional work product reviews.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent
* Proven experience in collecting requirements and defining solutions for software development projects
* Proven experience and strong understanding of complex data relationships within and between databases
* Proven knowledge of the software development cycle
* Demonstrated experience in the purpose and production of deliverables within a project methodology
* Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proven analytical thinking skills
* Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
* Proven ability to work at a detailed level while adhering to the overall strategic goals of the team
* Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of a high performance development team

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Proven experience and strong understanding of SQL
* Proven understanding of the Walt Disney World Composite application environment
* Demonstrated knowledge of data warehousing concepts
* Demonstrated experience with the Teradata database management system
* Proven experience analyzing, designing, and maintaining applications that support Labor line of business
* Demonstrated knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts and tools
