Responsible for greeting and serving guests following the Company's service standards procedures. Provide guests with information on the menu, wine list, specials, etc. Uses point of sales system; ensuring order is placed completely and correctly. Follow proper cash/credit procedures. Complete all side work daily and bus tables when necessary. Must have excellent guest service skills and be available to work a flexible schedule.  Must meet any state and/or federal legal requirements associated with employment in this position.
BARTENDER – Ref. - 495351

Responsible for maintaining a bar; creating and preparing beverages in accordance with customer or menu specifications; taking orders, serving food and beverage items to customers in a fast paced environment while maintaining the overall appearance and sanitation of the bar area. Position is responsible for cash handling and must do so in accordance with the Company's cash handling policy and procedures. Completes liquor requisitions, set up and/or closes the bar area following established procedures. Position requires excellent guest service skills; must be available to work a flexible schedule. Must meet any state and/or federal legal requirements associated with employment in this position.
