Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and execute multiple complex utility construction projects, focused primarily on mechanical systems including underground utilities. Manage contractors on multiple projects, develop positive group relationships, interpret construction documents, including plans, specifications, schedules, budgets, and permits.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job)
* High school degree or equivalent
* Minimum 8 years experience in construction of mechanical systems
* Proven experience with confined space entry procedures and requirements
* Proven experience in construction of underground utilities with emphasis on trenching and shoring
* Proven background in water, wastewater, reclaimed water systems, chilled water, natural gas, and hot water systems
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's or Associate's degree in engineering or construction related field or equivalent
* Certification in plumbing, or other mechanical systems field
